Once you have mythic or better, enhance it to +5. Push to +10 if you have ignites.
Reforge affixes even in the early game. Rings can roll life steal and other bonuses.
Match the damage type on the piece to the class: physical, ranged, or magic. Read the type on Class Info.
On the ring, guides want base damage. Life steal or crit is the fallback.
Do not craft exotic gear before level 100. The crafted level sticks to the stats.
